    The Question and guest star Green Arrow team up to face the price of a truly crime-free society in a tale by Dennis O’Neil and Bill Wray.

    "Losing Face" The man who helped Tot develop Pseudoderm (and the man Vic put in prison) is back and gunning for the Question and Green Arrow; GA and Vic trace him to Santa Prisca and try to stop him.
