Frank Castle's chained up in a hotel and at the mercy of Nicky Cavella.
Cavella and a couple of his goons have busted in on the rogue C.I.A. group that have been trying to turn Frank and have caught them unprepared. But with that many guns and uptight people in the room, nothing's likely to go smoothly.
Amidst the confusion and carnage, Frank is able to get away - dragging a wounded Micro with him. Micro's got answers and Frank wants them.
