The Punisher is barely alive after his fight to the death with the Vulture. Bleeding, broken limbs, damaged eye, he can't even stand without assistance. Norah Winters encounters Frank after the fight and is shocked that he is still alive. Meanwhile, Oscar Clemons is not happy about the Punisher's activities and views it as his duty to put him behind bars, and Walter Bolt is not thrilled about his partners' view of the Punisher.

Review for The Punisher #4.The Story: Norah talks to Urich. We get more Clemons and Bolt and Frank patches himself up.The Good: In previous issue's we see just how much Frank is a drive man on his mission of revenge. 4 issues in and still going strong 0

The GoodWe see Mr. Rucka giving this Punisher series an actual consistent story with each issue building off the last. Mr. Rucka is showing good clean writing taking us the readers on a journey that is clear and precise without wandering off the beaten path like so many other comics out there. The world building is continuing which I find utterly fantastic since its not like Fraction and Remender's run where it was just the Punisher killing then and going on to some other mission. I guess I'm in the minority in thinking that Rucka's Punisher is a massive bore.On paper, this was an amazing idea-- Rucka working on the Punisher, and more importantly, taking the character seriously without worrying about any exposition seemed like it should have made for an excellent book. Instead all we get is this dull comic series with barely any Punisher to speak of.The idea of having a quiet Punisher seemed interesting, but what we're left with are completely uninteresting characters who...
