The Punisher has always been one of my least favorite Marvel character simply because of how unimaginative and colorless he and his series tend to be, and this iteration reminds me of just that. It's your every day drug busting operation with Castle being a brooding tough guy. The dialogue is nothing special, the conflict is flat and lifeless, and the art is just okay. Unless you're a big fan of the character, there's no reason to be reading this.

Definetely the best Punisher run in 616 i've seen in years. I loved Rucka's run and it was a shame Marvel shut him down, but this... Frank as a character seems more complete and believable. Nathan give some depth to the character that seemed lost many years back.
