Punisher's one man war on crime ramps us as he turns his focus to the drug trade!

Frank Castle is walking down a dark ally when a drug addict tries to mug him. He goes down and let's the mugger escape but then he changes to his Punisher uniform and blows up the Crack house with a rocket propelled grenade. He learns about the higher ups in the drug gang.

Castle later goes to the Vietnam memorial where he runs into one of his old war buddies. They chat for a bit and he brings up that he met a different vet from their platoon not long before meeting Frank. He claims that he offered him a job, but fears that it is illegal. Castle tells him to turn it down.

Frank then disguises himself and attends a formal gathering ran by one of the people in charge of the gang he is after. He pretends to be interested in taking the place of one of the people he killed, but the mobsters don't trust him. They try to capture and interrogate Castle but he manages to escape and defeat them.
