    There we go!

I know I am writing this a little late, but you guys will just have to deal with it.

I enjoyed the issue quite a bit. Tomasi really showed how being a Batman villian can make you intelligent and cunning. Tomasi does a great job with Mr. Freeze by showing the ruthless side of him. Another positive about this is the fact that it shows Black Lightning's tie to the JLA. I appreciate the fact that Tomasi keeps that in mind while writing. Also Tomasi does a great job of showing Jeff's powers. He proves it in the fight scene between Mr. Freeze and Black Lightning. This also shows a bit of Owlman's cunning and spur of the moment action.

The only part I found lacking is the intial way the battle and situation was set up. I was perplexed at how Mr. Freeze did that trap and how it worked so well for him. The fact that Black Lightning didn't avoid capture and get knocked out was a bit dissapointing, but not major enough for it to matter.

All in all it was well wrote book with some action and familiar characters shown in the write way. The art is pretty good, making this a definate choice for any Outsiders fan.
