    Shells are raining down on the church of Mother Teres, and one of the victims is Athena's baby daughter Meena. When Mother Teres tells the young woman to let her baby die rather than live on in a world of carnage and slaughter, Sarah takes charge. With Athena and Satoko at her side, they go in search of medicine. But the town has been hit even harder than the church. And one of the victims is Sarah's traveling companion Tsue!
