Story-wise this may be the best issue of The Kents yet. Mary Glenowen finally lashes out at Jim Lane - literally with a bullwhip. Then she leaves Lawrence. Joshua goes in search of Nate Kent, following the path of dead Confederates. Meanwhile, Jeb Kent and some of the last of Quantrill's Raiders hole up in a Kentucky farm house.What's great about that is the smooth way Ostrander ties this western into the DC Universe proper.
