    Synopsis

Green Arrow tries to save Dinah Lance from the Joker.

    Plot

The Joker, dressed as Harry Hack, bus driver from Gotham, has traveled to Star City, and when he entered the city, he noticed Dinah Lance and falls deeply in love with her. He hits on her, but she denies his advances, so after crashing the bus he makes a plan to win her love.

He calls in fake threats to empty her flower shop and kidnaps her, not knowing that she is Black Canary or that her boyfriend is the hero Green Arrow. Joker then takes his hostage to the Archway Bridge where he steals the Gold Star on top of the archway, but when Green Arrow shows up the clown prince easily handles the hero and gets away with the star.

Later, the Star City Police recover the star and the mayor plans on putting it back at once. Green Arrow thinks there is something wrong with all this but can't quite figure out what.

It turns out Green Arrow was right, the star was fake and full of Joker's Laughing Death and the Joker plans to hold the city hostage, but because of Green Arrow hunch he is there to ambush the Joker. The Joker uses Dinah as a hostage but when she breaks free, she is able to unbalance the villain and he falls off the bridge, and apparently to his demise.
