    This book has been on the top of my anticipation list since it was announced, and now i finally get to review it!*NO SPOILERS*THE BASICSThis book is about an urban legend about a masked man who hangs criminals for their crimes. Most just say it's a scary story to scare off criminals. However, once the Hangman is coming for you, you're already dead.THE GOODThis book is very well written, with a near flawless sense of intrigue. The beginning of the book will make you think you know where this is ...
