Falling Apart In the Fallout 0
The Fury of Firestorm covers have been EXTREMELY hit and miss. The first issue had a fantastic one, but the second issue had an utterly HORRENDOUS one. 3 and 4 had great ones, but 5's was kinda bad. But this issue has the best cover yet. Both main Firestorms, as small as can be, in the empty crater. Firestorm is Losing Heat 0
The start of this series was fast paced and exciting with the raid on the school and the accidental forming of two teenaged Firestorms. The action was good, the stakes were high, and you just weren't sure if Ronnie and Jason could put their differences aside and face the trials together. The last two issued have started to stall, however, and all the progress and character growth in the beginning seems lost again. The GoodWe see a softer side of Ronnie when he is unable to cope with the thousands...

Fire Baby! 0
Gail Simone's last issue on this series, and probably my least favorite by a land slide. Now that we have sorta wrapped up this excited story, how is the climactic finale? I really like that last issue and now we are getting a boss fi...

Aftermath of Hate 0
The art by Yildirai Cinar was superb, and the way Ronnie was written as well. For some reason, though, Jason is coming off as a huge jackass. I like Pozhar, even though his inner monologue was too cryptic for me in this issue. Please check my mini-review of Firestorm #6 here:http://bit.ly/zdUDcTComments and feedback are always welcome!...

I am a red shadow 0
Thus far in the new 52 Captain Atom has been one of the unexpectedly best written series of the entire relaunch. One of its criticisms though is that it doesn't feel so much like a comic as it has no real antagonist as yet identified. With that in mind if there was one there I feel that it would feel a lot more like this series, somewhat more lackluster, but still readable and occasionally enjoyable. In this issue though the series aims a little higher and hits its mark quite well. In the af...
