Leonard Snart, a.k.a. Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) made quite an introduction and we know he's slowly beginning to create the Rogues. Well, it looks like he won't be the only Snart in Central City! Peyton List (Mad Men, The Tomorrow People) has landed the role of Captain Cold's sister, Lisa Snart. It's unclear whether she'll eventually become the Golden Glider, but her first appearance will heavily involve Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes). According to Access Hollywood, Lisa is described as "sly, charming, and even a little sadistic." The article also shared a little more insight into how Cisco will play a role. "She's also not afraid to use her sexuality to get what she wants, which will put her on a collision course with S.T.A.R. Labs employee and friend of The Flash -- Cisco Ramon." We're going to feel really bad for Cisco after watching this one, aren't we?

Lisa Snart will debut in episode 116, "Rogue Time." Attention-grabbing title, yeah? The Flash returns January 20 on The CW.

I like Peyton List. Though she was a bit stiff in the Tomorrow People I've been a fan for a long time. I'm still glad to see her again.

Hopefully this character doesn't bone a dude other than her boyfriend a few episodes into her appearance. Laaaame.

I'm looking forward to this character because she brings out the human side of each rogue. I'm wondering if Caitlin snow will finally turn into killer frost since captain cold has her hostage

A little disappointed. Was hoping she would be in a coma after the particle accelerator and would be the main antagonist in the second season through her astral projection powers.

I actually think it's kind of nice that the CW reuses actors, giving them roles even when their show fails.

It would just remind me how god damn dissapointing it was. And I don´t think Tom Welling would be a good fit for this show. Beside, what role would you have him play?

Umm, yeah dude I've seen the show.. both of them. I added the bold to highlight things I would say out-loud in a very sarcastic and condescending tone that would accompany a lost, confused and angry face with hands raised in the air. As if it was really bright out yet possibly raining on only me. I 100% understand that Robbie Amell is from 'The Tomorrow People' (American Version) and that he is Stephen Amell's real life cousin and that he is portraying Ronnie Raymond (1/2 of The Firestorm Matrix) on The Flash. I also 100% understand that Peyton List is also from 'The Tomorrow People' (American Version) just like Robbie, and is now going to be on The Flash as well. If we're just splitting hairs here I would like to mention that Peyton List was also on Smallville as Lucy Lane, Lois' little sister. And since the role of Ray Palmer is already taken by former Superman/Clark Kent actor Brandon Routh, I guess former Superman/Clark Kent actor Tom Welling can't be The Atom on The Flash or Arrow... maybe they'll have him play Bernhard "Buddy" Baker?
