In "Death Touch," Flash's quest for that one extra mile per hour takes him to Hong Kong, and into the hands of a deadly power.

In this issue, the Flash is foiling a robbery when one of the perpetrators dies suddenly. Conveniently enough, there is a zen like Kung Fu master around to explain to him that he is putting forth a deadly chi. The Kung Fu master sends him on a quest to learn how to control the Chi.
