    A Rogues spotlight issue taking a look into the life, origin and current status of the Pied Piper! Many of the other Rogues' lives center around this updated villain, including Trickster-turned-FBI agent James Jesse, and all-out Rogue Heat Wave!

    The Pied Piper, a reformed member of the Rogue's Gallery, is on the run from the law. A few months previous, both of his parents were murdered, and he is the prime suspect. He seeks help from his reformed friends, the Trickster and Heat Wave. The Flash is searching for the Piper also.

    The Rat Race: A feature issue for the Pied Piper 0

    The setting is Chicago.  Hartley Rathaway, also known as the Pied Piper is in James Jesse's FBI office, hoping to talk and obtain Jesse's help.  Jesse, now an FBI agent but formerly known as the Rogue Trickster, confronts the Piper.  Piper speaks to Jesse using his first name in a friendly way, but Jesse tries to disarm and then shoot Piper.  Unable to stop the Trickster in any other way, the Pied Piper plays his pipe music and dozens of rats rush to the attack.  It is amusing to see so many rat...
