    The police investigate a rash of super-speed robberies, a mysterious drug is being sold on the black market, Wally's mom and girlfriend continue to clash over house decor, and Wally discovers something interesting next door.

    Thieves doped up on a super speed inducing drug called Velocity 9 attack the Red Trinity's new courier service as well as Wally's drug smuggling neighbor.

    Included is DC Bonus Book #2, featuring Dr. Light with a cameo by the New Titans. Suicide Squad tie in.
