    With Flash gone, Linda Park, Impulse, Jesse Quick, Jay Garrick and Max Mercury attempt to thwart Kobra's plans.

    Notes:

    • Both newstand and deluxe foil covers penciled by Mike Wieringo and inked by Jose Marzan Jr.
    • 48 page issue.
    • On page 18 panel 3 the army soldier's name tag is Augustyn as a homage to Brian Augustyn.
