Yala is an elite member of the godlike race of beings known as the First. She serves as the stereotypical War Goddess for these deities and is the long time lover of Gannish.
Gannish is an elite member of the race of god-like beings known as the First and of House Sinister, although his life partner Yala, is the warrior goddess of House Dexter.
Ihroe is a member of the race of godlike beings known as the First and serves as House Dexter's all seeing Council Guardian.
