    Once the Galactic Empire fell, it officially surrendered. But it's legacy endured, and many Imperialists fled to the Unknown Regions away from the New Republic's reach, slowly rebuilding itself under the name of the First Order, loyal to the principles of the New Order, with new zealous officers in it's ranks and more advanced technology than it's predecessors under Supreme Leader Snoke's guidance. And now it is ready to reclaim the Imperial legacy.

    When the first Galactic Empire collapsed after the battle of Endor, it remained operational but was only a shadow of it's former self. Many of the officers began making the jump to the unknown regions where they were building a new, reorganised empire, The First Order.
