First Flight last edited by AirDave on 11/04/18 05:46PM View full history

Meet the new hero -Rob Connors, The Comet! While patrolling the St. Helens University campus, he stops a band of thieves calling themselves the Tech-Wizards. They use a lot of sci-fi lingo, but haven't mastered using code names for each other. What were they trying to steal? A video game.

On the darker side, young co-eds are being killed in Evergreen in a way that suggests that an old folk legend has come to life. Is the killer the real "Applejack " or is it some copycat looking to make a name for himself? The Comet's girlfriend, "13 on the Scene" reporter Victoria Johnson is hot on the trail of that story. Flashbacks reveal when Rob got his powers as The Comet; and, Victoria's reaction.

Applejack appears on the final page, and sets his sights on Victoria as his next victim!
