Unfortunately for Sue, the Brute appears to be even stronger than the Thing. After battering her force field back and forth several times, Sue loses consciousness and her force field collapses. Next we see what may well be the best single cliffhanger ending for Sue Storm ever! The Brute throws an unconscious Invisible Girl out of a thirty story Baxter Building window!
