    Green Arrow, the Question and the Butcher are trying to prevent a war form erupting in a small town in Canada. The town is torn between the lumber baron Sir Arthur Youngblood and the young man Byron Running Deer. Meanwhile O'Rourke and Ames brought a whole truck load of munitions to fuel the fire. The three heroes must work together before everyone is dead.

    Before I review this book I must say the covers for these books have been the worst.  They are hardly fitting tho story the represent.  It would take a while to describe why each one is messed up but that would take to long.  So, let me give one example.  On the first two covers the book advertises characters by name who are not even in the book like Question and Butcher.  The cover pictures make little sense either.   This book is like everyone in the series so far the art is poor and the story...
