    Not a Good Start

I do not normally rate a book lower because of art style but this was awful.  The characters all looked the same and it was hard to even tell who was who unless they were specifically called out by name.  Black Canary looks like a dude and considering this book delt a lot with different races it was hard to even tell what race they were.  The whole book was awful.  Story, Art and the shot of Green Arrow in a bath robe and speedo underwear is something I could have done without.  If you only like to buy comics for their art and story this is not for you.  Oh, and unless the Question is in disguise he is not even in this book despite his name on the cover.  I generously gave this book one and a half stars....

O.K. I just looked at the second issue and the Question was not in disguise.  So he is not even in the book.  Call me what you want but I kind of like the character whose name is on the cover to be in the book.  Is that too much to ask?
