    This is just a crack and overly wishful theory here.

    What if Sony and Marvel has already come to an agreement in terms of Spiderman in the MCU?

    And they've just kept quiet.

    They wouldn't. Were a deal like that to go through, somebody at either Sony or Marvel would leak it. Most likely Sony. Marvel is still mostly comic book people, and they know how to keep things under wraps to surprise fans. Sony is only hanging onto the Spidey franchise to make money. So they'd leak it to boost the money intake and interest.
