Your Friendly Nieghborhood Peter Parker
Cover
I liked the art for the cover because it is the same art inside the issue, which rarely happens. I liked the art for the series so I am glad to see the same art style for the cover. The one thing I was disappointed about the cover was that it shows peter fighting the Jackel but the Jackel was not really in this issue.
Story
Peter realizes that he cannot save the world as Spider-man but as Peter instead.
Best Part
The dilemma that Peter had in the last issue was that his super friends did not notice him as spider-man because everyone with spider powers were dressing up as Spider-man. In this issue we get to see something so obvious that I did not see coming. Peter can help the world but as Peter instead and not Spider-man. I thought that was cool to see. Than remembering a couple of issues back there was an issue based on Anti Venom. I did not know how he was going to fit in Spider-Island but it seems from this issue that he is going to have a big part. It is another thing that was so brilliant in this issue and so obvious that I did not see coming. I thought how is everyone going to get the spider powers taken away after Spider-Island and we see that Anti Venom is the key to taking everyone powers away in Spider-Island. I can’t wait to see what happens.
Worst Part
In the story I did not think anything was bad.
Art
Like I said for the cover I really like this art for Spider-man. This is one of the better arts that the series uses. The only bad side about this art is when someone is far away in the panel the art gets very sloppy. This happens a lot sometimes.
