So much stuff going on....
Plot
I can't write a plot with so much going on,so i'll just make some "headlines".
- Pete's unmasked,and is surprisingly lucky.
- Felicia ditches Electro(at some point) and tries to build an empire.
- Electro's depowered.
- Anna's now promoted.
- Peter and the spider-broad are still sucking each others faces.
- They're now "Batman and Robin:the Spider-Version" (not the movie,the pairing)
- The Spider-Broad is now working at Jonah's channel.
I think i made a round up.
Thoughts
First issue i didn't have a problem with the writing.Some flaws,yeah,sure,but overall it was fluent.Story's good,but i can't like it,because i don't like what's happening IN it,in the first place.
So Spider-Man is now smootching this gal......for some reason he doesn't know,and apparently doesn't care to find out....like,you know, say "Whoa,let's talk about what's going on between us....i mean,yeah,you,i understand,you've been imprisoned for 15 years,i'm a decend looking guy,you're all over me,that's hormones,i can totally get it,but me?!.....why?!....why so much love all of a sudden?!"
NO!....never.
Just sit there and "enjoy".....it's gonna pay off very badly,we all know that.
And i don't like this relationship,generally.....i can't like or sympathise towards this gal.Just can't.
Anna watched all of this and has the most indifferent and weird reaction,an ex can ever have........she lost her man,that she found out,never was who he really was,and now he's doing stuff with a tall girl,in front of her eyes,and she's like "God,guys,just stop already" ........normally she would have been devastated!!!.....
You all know my opinion about this Black Cat,and how bad i think they're handling her.......i said it before i'll say it again......her so called "street cred" never existed....she was the spoiled daddy's girl,who stole precious stuff,to fill a gap in her soul,that was created when her daddy died.....she was Hardy's kid,with daddy issues.....AND EVERYONE KNEW THIS!!!!......."You made my ID public to everyone" EVERYONE KNEW YOU WERE HARDY'S SPOILED KID,AND YOU NEVER WANTED TO HIDE IT!!!!......"You destroyed my street cred!" YOU NEVER HAD ONE TO BEGIN WITH.....YOU WERE A THIEF!!.....but anyway,now she's the Kingpin-ess and ALL the trust-affection and any kind of relationship with Spider-Man is tossed into the East River......thank you Slott,thank you Marvel,i really loved this character,now she's f_cking dead.
Electro's depowered,and it's a tricky situation,because.now.....there's no Electro....that should be very interesting in the future.
Art's wonderful.Ramos,i take my hat off to ya.You're great,i love looking at your art,you're the most "improved" artist i have ever seen.Just look at his past work,and his work now,it's Miles better(Ultimate pun intended)
And just wanted to give Slott great credit here.
The Jonah scene,with the unmasking and all,is hilarious,and very clever.I laughed i liked it,and it was really cool.
