Trump Tower has nothing on Spider-Man… Hold onto your hats, True Believers! Springing out of the pages of NEW AVENGERS, you won’t believe what the fickle hand of fate has in store for Peter Parker, Mary Jane, and Aunt May…
Peter surveys May's destroyed home until Tony Stark arrives with an offer to move into Avengers Tower. MJ notices May is gone. Peter rushes into the wreckage to find May searching for her photo album. Oncre retrieved, May says the fire can have everything else. The assembled Avengers greet Peter, MJ and May at Avengers Tower. MJ impresses Wolverine. Captain America welcomes May. She hits it off with Jarvis while Peter and Mary Jane check out their new room. Later, a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent investigating a racketeering operation is killes and the racketeer is abducted. He wakes to find himself tied up with his four cohorts. The Supreme Hydra lectures them about returning to take over their illegal operations, then Hydra agents kill them. The Supreme Hydra tells his army that Hydra sleeper cells have been activated, world tyrants are on their side, and it's no longer the old days when heroes can stop their plans because Hydra has their own super-powered agents, "Hail Hydra" erupts from thousands of attending agents.
