Deadpool's rubbing shoulders with heroes all over the Marvel Universe in this latest volume, starting with two of Weapon X's finest - Wolverine and Maverick. Captured by a group of evil science freaks who think his blood might provide a cure for the Legacy Virus, it's up to these two mighty mutants to break him out. Next, Deadpool is doing his own spot of rescuing when he tries to free Siryn from the Wiesman Institute for the Criminally Insane, but ends up becoming a resident himself.
