The Teen Titans Go Out With A Bang.
The Good- It was great to see so many former Titans joined in for this battle, Red Stars inclusion particularly comes to mind as it ties back to the Titans very first battle with Prime, it would make sense for him to be here for the end.We also get a satisfying ending here, with spotlights on relationships which have been building for awhile now, particularly between Raven and Beast Boy.Also, Prime is finally given consequences for his actions, being trapped in a very familiar prison. It was great to see the various versions of Connor's looks over the years on the clones, even if it contributed very little to the story it was a very nice visual touch.
The Bad- Once again with Prime as the bad guy it seems he is again victim to a fluctuating power level. Also, it feels like the final battle was incredibly rushed, with Inertia and the others being defeated surprisingly quickly, and Prime's defeat also bugged me as to the simplicity with which they defeated him but I won't spoil it here.
Overall-Overall this was a very solid ending, to a very strong series. Teen Titans may have struggled with mediocrity at certain points during it's 100 issue run, but this issue certainly serves as a great ending to DC's most iconic teenage team. While the battle came off as rushed, the aftermath is where this issue shines spotlighting the relationship of this incarnation of Titans which we have all grown so accustomed to.
