It is the mission of the Techno-Vipers to provide field maintenance support and combat-engineer capability to the frontline Cobra troops. Techno-Vipers can repair anything from H.I.S.S. and detonator tanks to ice snake arctic attack vehicles, other vehicles and electronic equipments. They can also build bridges and retrieve large heavy machines from seemingly inaccessible places. They also maintain and operate computer systems and electronics at Cobra installations. They are usually specialized in robotics and artificial intelligence.
