    History

When Paul Norbert Ebersol, the criminal known as Fixer crafted the "Techno" identity in order to pose as a hero, he replaced the bulky armor and utility belts he originally wore with a harness and gauntlets he collectively called his "Tech-Pac." He used his Tech-Pac during his time as once of the original Thunderbolts.

When Techno was killed by the Elements of Doom, Fixer's mind was downloaded into his Tech-Pac. This allowed the Tech-Pac to assimilate a collection of Junk and transform into a rudimentary android body for Techno's consciousness. This body was later replaced by a more powerful android form that used similar modular technology.

When Fixer was returned tp life as an organic being once more, he once again donned a new and improved version of his Tech-Pac, first as a member of the Redeemers and later as a member of the Thunderbolts once again.

    Features

The Tech-Pac is made of countless modular components and devices that can be arranged to create any kind of device Fixer can conceive of, though its primary purpose is to let him design the best weapons for a given conflict. The Tech-Pac is also designed to interface with and assimilate other technological devices, allowing Fixer to integrate outside resources into his arsenal.
