Dan Spiegle's artwork is outstanding. In addition to providing his usual fan service by being a walking shirtless scene, Korak becomes a dude in distress in this story. The villagers seize Korak and threaten to execute him in order to induce his apparent friend to return a stolen golden hammer. Will Meugniot and Rick Hoppe's artwork is good. In addition to providing his usual fan service by being a walking shirtless scene, Korak becomes a dude in distress in this story. After rescuing a captured mermaid and returning her to the sea, Korak is wounded while he successfully fights off an attempt by a group of angry fishermen to recapture her. In this two-part story, Korak comes across as his usual handsome boy scout in a leather loincloth. He has a good heart that propels him into action,...
