Night of the Leopard Men
Dan Spiegle's artwork is outstanding. In addition to providing his usual fan service by being a walking shirtless scene, Korak becomes a dude in distress in this story. While waiting to ambush the Leopard Men, Korak is knocked unconscious by his intended quarry. The boy is dragged to their cavernous hideout. His hands are tied, and he is hung from a hook, while being interrogated for the whereabouts of Tarzan, until he manages to escape. In this two-part story, Korak comes across as a handsome boy scout in a leather loincloth. He has a good heart that propels him into action, often impetuously. Fortunately, he has strength, agility, and intelligence to back it up. In this second part, he destroys the cavernous hideout and captures the leader of the leopard man cult and saves a little girl from being its next victim.
