    Last Laugh

Dan Spiegle's artwork is outstanding. In addition to providing his usual fan service by being a walking shirtless scene, Korak becomes a dude in distress in this story. Locked in a prison cell with the comedian he was sent to find, Korak is sent to a gauntlet, where he faces an alligator without a knife, a corridor of spears, and a trick floor over a pit of spikes. In this two-part story, Korak comes across as a handsome boy scout in a leather loincloth. He has a good heart that propels him into action, often impetuously. Fortunately, he has strength, agility, and intelligence to back it up. In this second part, he finds an inventive way to survive a gauntlet of death and escape with the comic movie star and some sick kids who were scheduled for execution.
