    The Good: March interiors are amazing and James Tynion has more than hooked me! What an awesome get to know you issue . The few zero issues that i have actually liked! James and Scott really hit this one out of the park. Calvin Rose is a man on the run from the Court of Owls! We get to see what makes Calvin so unique in this issue. He has blood on his hand and is trying to out run his past.. I am super intrested to what happens next!! James also does a great job of laying down future story lines as well.

    The bad: Nothing except maybe they could showed a little bit more of him escaping the car. Amazing besides that. I want more James!! ASAP!

    Verdict: If you were wondering what importance the court of the owls arc had. Look no further than Talon ! Definitely read this if you liked Court of the Owls or even if you want read about a man on the run. 5/5 pick it up!!!

      I think of all the new titles that are a part of DC's so-called "Third-wave", Talon had the most to prove. Despite having the blessing and support of Scott Snyder, people were fast to cry fowl, labeling it an obvious cash grab due to the success of the Court of owls, which is stupid since sometimes the most popular characters in superhero books arose because of the urge to milk a cash cow for all it's worth.       I will start off by saying that is the first book i read by Snyder that made me say "i guess he can write". i havent enjoyed his run on batman at all. the court of owls, when first introduced was a cool idea, but it dragged on for too long and created a pointless crossover (but not really a crossover since you didnt HAVE to read all the books involved). Also the whole conspiracy thing with the Court of Owls basically being the illumanati was just too much for me. besides that issue by issue of b...
