    One of the More Enjoyable Early Issues of Tales to Astonish 0

    Stone men from beneath the Earth rise up to terrorize Manhattan.Tales to Astonish No. 6 is one of the more enjoyable of the early issues of Tales to Astonish.The first story, illustrated by Steve Ditko, features giant stone men traipsing through New York City and damaging everything in their path. Unlike most stories of the period, the science behind this one actually makes a little sense.The second story, 'Patent Pending' is the text only story that was added to satisfy U.S. Postal regulations....
