Tales from the past & The Birth of a new hero

This issue is a bridge, build by Wolfman to create the right amount of expectative towards the conclusion of this arc story and to explain some of the Terminator´s mysterious past. I´ve read his story lots of time, but I guess this was the first time Wolfman told the true origin of Deathstroke the Terminator and for that this is a must have issue for every fan of him. Like I said this issue is just a bridge between the last two issues and the conclusion, more focused about  Adeline telling Dick about his ex-husband´s past than dealing with the plot per say, but nonetheless it´s a magnificent issue. Seeing Slade´s career through Adeline´s eyes and perspective was very cool, specially because she focused a lot in his military years. It´s a very good narrative, perhaps one of the best origins story of Deathstroke that I ever read and George Perez´ art is amazing. But the best thing about this issue was the birth of Dick Grayson´s new identity: Nightwing. This is a historical issue, highly recommended!
