The levels of strength of the Symbiotes
Im guessing he's just below toxin level. It is said that toxin is the combined strength of venom and carnage.
In terms of pure and sheer strength as well as overall ability
Toxin - greater strength than both Venom and Carnage, has many unique abilities.
Anti-Venom - very strong and his healing abilities are top notch.
Carnage - has great raw physical strength, never holds back and uses his abilities to their fullest potential.
Venom (Eddie Brock) - great fighter, very clever, tactical and is very durable.
Venom (Mac Gargan) - very strong and original abilities more powerful as they are a factor but he lacks control over the symbiote and in comparison to Eddie Brock isn`t really impressive.
Venom (Flash Thompson) - great fighter and is very agile but still inexperienced.

In terms of Sheer Strength Gargan should be right up there with Toxin. In terms of Overall ability...I'd actually put him beneath Flash. His massive stats are pretty much the only thing he ever had going for him as Venom.
Theoritically,Toxin should have the highest strength level because each generation of symbiote is naturally more powerful than its predecessor. Gargan venom, has displayed the greatest strength feat for a symbiote in my opinion and that comes from when he physically overwhelmed colossous of the x-men in Dark Reign on Utopia island.Colossous is naturally in the 100 ton Range. So with all of that stated,it would be my opinion based off of what has been shown that a symbiote once aggravated can reach and potentially surpass the 100 Ton Range.
