    Before I start, the TPB of Superman Supergirl Maelstrom was the first comic I ever purchased! I personally really enjoyed it because of that fact, but there were other elements that affected my conclusion.  First of all the art is amazing! The only qualm I have is that Darkseid looks very weird with the minimalist style of the artist, but overall I was really impressed.  Secondly, the story was very light and it helped ease me into everything which I find immensely pleasurable in this world of m...
