Considered by many to be the ultimate Superman Movie, it shows Krypton and it's explosion as well as Clark Kent in High School and finding out about his biological race and his father warns him about interfering with the human race. As he makes his first appearance in Metropolis he answers questions to Lois Lane. He faces off against Lex Luthor who figures out his weakness to Kryptonite and plans on blowing up parts of the country and almost succeeds with Superman out of the way. In the process Lois Lane gets killed and a very distraught Superman reverses the Earth's spin to save Lois. In the end he succeeds saving the day and bringing Lex Luthor to prison. Also Terrance Stamp makes a cameo appearance as General Zod who swears that he will have revenge on the House of El.
Originally banished to the Phantom Zone with Zod and Non. Ursa is now General Zod's lieutenant, wife, and the mother of Lor-Zod.
