Don't you find it funny that earth one(vol1,2) is a fan favorite but the reviews of the book write that it was bad :-P

Its not exactly aimed for Superman purist.

Not sure I'd call it a "fan favorite" to be honest. Everything I've seen being said about it was pretty much neutral.

And not only because it is an origin (you could recommend any other origin) i believe that it is a great tale!

this, A lot of older superman fans( and some young ones like me) didnt like it because we feel that it takes away the reason we like superman in the first place
