The Feats
Before I start off, it should be noted that Kal Kent's power greatly varies depending on if he's under the light of the Super-Sun. Beyond his solar system, away from the Super-Sun, his powers wane within days, as stated here.

Has fifth dimensional hearing, which he used to pick up Batman One Million's distress signal while he was in the Fifth Dimension.
Without access to the Sun he slowly begins to lose his abilities and is unable to see beyond the atmosphere.
Hypnotizes rioters using Super ESP.
He is faster, stronger, and smarter than All-Star Superman. Proceeds to use telepathy on him.
It should be noted that this feat is non-canon, however.
Normally under the light of the Super-Sun, he is capable of performing several billion simulations simultaneously. However, two days away from the Super-Sun and his calculative capabilities have been reduced to several hundred simulations.
Using his super breath, Kal Kent blows Firestorm away. Kal Kent notes that he has enough super-compressed material in his lungs to snuff out a red giant star.
Defeats Platinum, Iron, Tin, Lead, Mercury, and Alloy.
Dodges a blast from one of Vandal Savage's warsuits.
When under his full power (not deprived from light from the Super-Sun), he states he measures his strides in parsecs (a unit of length equal to 3.26 light years), matches his strength with stars, and notes how he could destroy the warsuit in a nanosecond. However, having used up a lot of energy while being deprived of Super-Sun light for the past couple of days, he manages to muster his strength and crushes the warsuit with his force orb before containing a one megaton blast. He also shows that he can create constructs with his Force Vision.
Using his Super ESP power he wipes the minds of Lex Luthor's henchmen clean of a specific event.
Reads the backstatic of some transmissions in order to verify its authenticity.
Used his super-telepathy to telepathically communicate with and forge a plan with Hourman.
Destroys some of Lex Luthor's robots piloted by his henchmen. He has the power to create an electromagnetic pulse, which he uses to successfully disable some of the robots. It should be noted that at this point he was severely deprived of energy and in a weakened state, hence why he was struggling. He also calculates the pin number to unlock the key-pad in order to open the door, which had 15.3 million different combinations.
Using his Super ESP, Kal Kent shows Superboy hints of a few incidents that may happen in the future.
Jumps from the Earth to the Moon while in a waning and light deprived state.
Mustering what little energy he has left, he shatters the time barrier with a punch, allowing him to travel from the 20th century to the 853rd century.
This took several punches to achieve, primarily due to the fact that he was one again deprived of Super-Sun light. His first punch sent "a shock wave across the late summer of the year 4070: A young woman named Veda Nite spills her lunch, misses her pod connection and becomes Doc Midnite thirty seconds later than she should have." He continues, as "the echoes of his blows resound down the centuries. 50,340. 60,001. 77,770.", until he finally succeeds with his last punch, sending him to the future.
Aids Kyle Rayner in containing a supernova, a.k.a Solaris exploding, with his Force Vision.
Can hear people talking all the way on Mars.
Using his ten alien sensory powers, he senses a spirit trapped in a psychic bottle, and prevents the spirit from possessing him.
His heat vision is not limited to two beams, as he is shown creating up to ten beams in this instance in order to fuse the hull breaches of the spaceship.
Uses his super-telekinetic fetters to hold and restrain Parasite.
Uses his Super ESP to broadcast wideband tranquility in order to subdue rioters.
Can use his telekinetic force powers to create constructs.
Using his Quantum Vision he disassembles a warhead made by Toyman.
Information and feats on the said warhead that Kal Kent destroyed.
The Gorilla Galaxy is approaching the galaxy Kal Kent is in at incredible speeds. Kal Kent uses his Force Vision in an attempt to stop the galaxy. Titano comes in and together they manage to save the day.
Using his heat vision he creates a deep hole in the ground.
Uses his Force Jacket in order to restrain Hourman.
Epoch traps Kal Kent and Batman One Million in a time loop. Using his fifth dimensional senses, Kal notices this. Kal uses his Super-ESP to link his mind with Batman One Million's, which allows Batman to also be aware of the fact that they're stuck in a time-loop too. Although they're consciously aware of the fact that they're stuck in a time loop, it would seem that they're still stuck, so Kal Kent goes to the 5th Dimension with Batman One Million (since the time loop only affected four dimensions), and then reemerged back into 853rd Century but outside of the area affected by the time loop, thus allowing them to escape it.

Defeats and captures Epoch along with Batman One Million.
Kal Kent's spare costume has a built-in Boom Tube.
