Lois Lane is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist for the Daily Planet of Metropolis. She was the first reporter to interview Superman after he first appeared in Metropolis. Superman later revealed his secret identity to her; the two married and have a son, Jon Kent.
Jimmy Olsen is a photojournalist working at the Daily Planet, as well as a close friend of both Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
Krypto is Superman's Kryptonian dog. He possesses all of the sun-born abilities of his master, as well as super-canine intelligence. He is also known for being a sort of sidekick to Superboy becoming his companion after Superman saw he had no time to give to the very social canine. He has also appeared in his own cartoon series.

She is considered an archetype for many heroines outside of comic book. Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.
With his organic parts genetically identical to Superman's, many believed that the former astronaut Hank Henshaw truly was the Last Son of Krypton restored to life after his death at the hands of Doomsday. Until he destroyed Coast City in Superman's name which led Hal Jordan to becoming a villain known as Parallax. Since then he has become a permanent menace for Superman and Green Lantern.
The son of an Atlantean queen and a lighthouse keeper from the town of Amnesty Bay, Arthur Curry would grow up to become the superhero Aquaman, and later take on his birthright as the King of Atlantis. He is a founding member of the Justice League and is among DC Comics' most recognized heroes.

Once a janitor at S.T.A.R. Labs, exposure to radiation gave him the ability to absorb power upon touch. His absorption abilities have been evolving over time.
Mr. Mxyzptlk is a fifth-dimensional imp with the power to do anything that he can imagine. He could transform Superman into ashes or erase him from existence, but where's the fun in that?

He later on went to creating his own power ring from his own will power. Through sheer will power and determination, Hal has established an impressive record of heroism across the galaxy with the help of his fellow Green Lanterns as well as his peers in the Justice League.
The cruel conqueror Mongul once roamed the cosmos aboard Warworld, a planet-sized engine of destruction. Invading countless worlds, Mongul enslaved entire populations. Dying at the hands of Neron, his son carries on the family tradition, most recently as a member and would be leader of the Sinestro Corps.
Colonel Koslov was the sadistic and highly ambitious head of the secret police in the country of Lubania who also managed to imprison Superman and Batman to work camps, before the duo beat him.

Prometheus is a twisted mirror image of Batman. As a child he watched in horror as police slaughtered his criminal parents in a Bonnie and Clyde style shoot-out. At their death, he swore from that day forward to annihilate "the forces of justice."
One of the "Super-Pets" he was first owned by Supergirl. Streaky is a cat with superpowers similar to Superman, given to him by X-Kryptonite.
Beppo is Superman's pet monkey who is native to Krypton. He has powers similar to Superman, and joined the Legion of Super-Pets. Like most monkeys he is naturally mischievous.
Conner Kent, also known as Kon-El, is a human/Kryptonian hybrid clone of Superman and Lex Luthor created by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. for the purpose of being the mantle of Superman. Instead, he stuck to his own path, and became a member of the Teen Titans.

Jonathan Kent is the son of Superman (Kal-El or Clark Kent) and Lois Lane and is Superman in DC's Future State event.
