    Last Son Of Krypton

    A spaceship crash-lands in Metropolis carrying a young Kryptonian child. He is found by Clark Kent and him and Lois Lane name him Christopher Kent. Upon Christopher's arrival in Metropolis, the gateway out of the Phantom Zone has been opened allowing General Zod, his wife Ursa and the rest of his followers to escape. It is revealed that Christopher is the son of General Zod although he is terrified of his father. Superman does everything to protect Christopher from his father by putting an end to General Zod's plans of forming New Krypton on earth by teaming up with his arch enemy Lex Luthor and his Superman Revenge Squad. Superman is able to overcome General Zod and sends him and his followers back into the Phantom Zone but at a steep price as Christopher was also sucked in to the Phantom Zone.

    A great story delivered by Geoff Johns and the famous Richard Donner. The art is for the most part generally appealing. Overall this is another classic story involving arguably the most popular comic book character in history and something you wont want to miss out on.

      Superman (Clark Kent/Kal-El) is stripped by the title as "The Last Son of Krypton".  General Zod, who was trapped in the Phantom Zone, fathered a child that was sent to earth.  Clark and Lois would adopt him and call him Christopher Kent.  Richard Donner (Superman movie) would team up with Geoff Johns to create a story in which would change the Superman Mythos by adding new linage.   This comic would lead to what would become New Krypton.  General Zod is one of the most importa...
