    Lois Lane narrates this chapter and tells us of her Prince Charming come to life. Superman defeats terrorists, nuclear missiles, rescues damsels in distress, and stands up to Lex Luthor. After such adventures Clark refreshes with a visit to the family home looking for Lana who has left Smallville soon after Clark did. Meanwhile, in Metropolis, Lex has created his “Guardians of the City” to upstage Superman. But these Guardians could do more harm than good.

    In the second issue of Superman For All Seasons, we get a glimpse at Superman, now the established protector of Metropolis, through the eyes of Lois Lane.  Once again we have a superhero story told with the sense of awe and wonder we haven't seen since Busiek and Ross' Marvels. Bjarne Hansen's outstanding colors deserve mention here - from the skies over Metropolis to the depths of the sea, and the fields of Smallville.  There's also some great hidden references to other comics here too - see ...
