Seriously? Bad enough that the final installment of the excellent Cooke & Sale 'Kryptonite' story arc is being delayed, but this is what you replace it with? This must be some kind of imaginary story or something. Lori Lemaris under the influence of a lost Incan artifact turns evil, brainwashes Superman, turns all of Metropolis' citizenry into mer-people, and it's up to the team of Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Lex Luthor, armed with Star Trek gadgets to save the city?
What-the-? The fact that it done in the confusing, over detailed manga-fusion pin-up style with computer coloring that was so popular around the turn of the millennium isn't helping matters either.
There better be a really good explanation for this atrocity...
