    The End of the Planet! 0

    No, not the end of Earth, the end of the Daily Planet.  This is an interesting story, because it underscores just how tenuous Superman's secret identity is. When a rival newspaper tycoon buys the Daily Planet only to close it to shut down competition (an occurrence that is all too believable), Clark Kent is out of the one job that allowed him to keep an eye on danger, support himself, and be around Lois.  There's only one instance of those 'gimme-a-break' moments where Superman does something a ...
