    A superior ending!

My review for, Superior Spider-Man #30. Conclusion.

    The Good

So in this, conclusive issue, we see what all will happen to The Amazing Spider-Man and those in his life! And to reallyget his life back, Spider-Man is going to have to defeat the Green Goblin and stop his Goblin Nation! Writer Dan Slott did an amazing job with this series ending, because we finally get to go down the roller coaster of suspense that Slott has been creating with this story arc. And man, is it one enjoyable roller coaster ride to go down on!

You know it is on now! Anybody else get chills from this scene? It is pure awesome.

"The one and only." - Spider-Man. This is writer Dan Slott's BEST issue! Everything that he's built up to with this story arc, having Spock fail as Spider-Man and realizing that he needs to bring Peter back (the real Superior Spider-Man), and how that was his firstselfless heroic action in this series, is just awesome! And now, with seeing Spider-Man vs. the Green Goblin is just something that does this series justice, as well as pleasing fans. (All fans, even Spock haters!) As soon as you open up this issue, you will be fully immersed and on the edge of your seat, all while grinning the entire time. From Slott's simple gestures of having certain characters realize that the [real] Spider-Man is back; Spider-Man's humor; to the fight with the Green Goblin, no time is wasted in Dan Slott's story and everything is meaningful to some degree with this issue. Plus, Dan Slott continuesto build suspense [and mystery] as to what will come in future series and events. (i.e. Spider-Man 2099 and The Amazing Spider-Man series.) Dan Slott somehow managed to tell a really immersive story, all while setting up for the next series of events in Spider-Man's life. In short, you have to read this issue yourself to fully comprehend my excitement for this issue!

    The Bad

Dragged on, but still [pretty] enjoyable.

While it was an outstanding issue, I will have to say it could've ended without all the aftermath results of the original Spider-Man returning. I'm torn between whether or not to make it a pro or a con, but I do know that it felt a bit dragged on after Dan Slott's main story. However, I liked seeing what all will happen to Carlie, Mary Jane, and J. Jonah Jameson. So it was cool to see that. However, it was just too long and carried on the story a bit longer than necessary. But then again, it was an aftermath event and could've easily been passed up. But still, I had to mention it.

    The Verdict

5 out of 5. (Or 4 out of 5, whether you take account of "The Bad" section of my review.) Next review, The Amazing Spider-Man #1. Thanks for reading my Superior Spider-Man reviews, I hope you enjoyed! And if not, tell me why in the comments or on Twitter! (@Lol_Clark)

An inferior conclusion to a Superior title. 0

The GoodI have loved so much of what Dan Slott has done during his run on Spider-Man, both Amazing and Superior. When this idea of having Doc Ock take over first came to my attention I was fully on board. I love the way Dan writes Peter and all the supporting cast. I love the quips and the one liners and the humour that everyone has during these escapades. The stories that he hints at and then comes back to are great. During his Superior run, there were some really great moments. FOR CRYING OUT...
