Thank God.... 0

From last horrible issue, this seems like huge step again. I am not a fan of the whole SHIFT but hey, it's temporary, if you haven't figured that out yet then you need to think. This was a very entertaining and fun issue, the first thing i'd like to mention if the fact that.....oh.....i don't know... SOMEONE FINELY SEES THAT SOMETHING MIGHT BE WRONG WITH PETERS BRAIN! it's about time! i mean , how do people not notice the different manner of talking and the use of different words in contrast to p...

Video Review: The Superior Spider-Man #3 0

Spider-Man takes it to a whole new brutal level and makes it clear that things have changed and he has to do what's necessary. The flashback scenes felt thin and could have benefited from more substance. An average issue....

Well I got nothing to say 0

Except for the fact that this issue is a big step up from that abomination last issue. Also how on earth does carlie know the something's wrong with peter and not Mj?Could this be that Carlie is the one for peter since she might save him?Even though I hate dan slott this issue was not bad so if you're a fan of SUPERIOR spidey read this if you're notthen burn this issue or drain it down the toilet.Anyway read this issue and remember to keep your rage in spidey fans and when the time is right when ...

Doc's Brand of Justice 0

Doc Ock's brutal form of justice comes under the spotlight as he encounters his old friend and ally, the Vulture. Slott continues to keep the novelty of Doc Ock as Spider-Man fresh, but with Ghost Peter ever present, we can't help but wonder how soon will Peter return....

Poor Old Otto 0

After last issue's developments, Carlie Cooper is slowly doubting what she knows about Spider-Man. She's no longer sure if Peter is still under the mask. Plus, Doc Ock faces the Vulture. With his new responsibility as Spider-Man, how will things go between he and his old friend? The GoodI can't believe I'm saying this but I love this new take on Spidey. Much like Peter, he's smart and a bit of a wise-ass but he's never afraid to make everyone else around him feel inferior. Although he isn't very ...

To Stop a Vulture 0

I still don't know what to make of this series, as it started decent, had a bad second issue, but is back to decent this time. I hope that this series will find it's feet, and keep to a certain level of quality, and that it makes the best out of what I personally feel is a bad situation.PlotThis issue sees the new Spider-Man (Doctor Octopus) trying to convert Vulture into being good, whilst original Spider-Man, Peter Parker's ghost is still close by.ReviewThis was a very good issue, and probably...

Children, Vulture?....Really? 0

Issue #3 has a lot going on for it. It's Superior Spider-Man vs The Vulture, an eye-opening moment for Doc Ock, also Pete gets to take a peek inside his enemy's mind, and poor, poor Carlie who right now will be a likely casualty once all is said and done. The issue was a good combination of action and character development, so it was quite enjoyable. Please check my mini-review here: and feedback are always welcome!...

Superior Spider-Man 3 0

The Superior Spider-Man is on the trail of the Vulture! With events that have recently transpired in Spider-Man's life, does Carlie Cooper know Spider-Man's new identity?WARNING SPOILERS! The GoodDan Slott is doing a good job with this series. While I do not 100% agree with his choice to "kill off" Peter Parker, only to replace him with "Ock-Parker", SUPERIOR Spider-Man has allowed writers [like Slott[ to look at the character in a new light. Speaking of "light" one of the highlights of this iss...

Superior Spider-man #3 0

In this issue of Superior Spider-man Otto Octavius/Spider-man offers his old friend the Vulture a deal if he'll quit his life of crime, but when he sees just how disturbed the Vulture really is he goes overboard in order to take him down.If anyone had wondered if Dan Slott's genius had come to an end at the conclusion of his Amazing Spider-man run, this issue should answer with a resounding "no." The fact of the matter is that Peter Parker is not the only character worthy of development. In a fl...

the test 0

Plot analysis/review:Doc Ock has been having it a little to easy, and he is highly enjoying his new life ever since he has claimed the boon of his lifelong quest. On the other hand, this issue puts forth a challenge before Doc Ock that can ruin his secret identity and his morals. This issue offers a test to spider-man, and it starts of with the idea of a test. When J.Jonah Jameson make a spider-signal(what a rip off from batman). Spider-man destroys the signal with a strong certainty that he pas...

Sympathetic Superior 0

This issue really wraps things up from the 'superior' start, crafting a lot of loose ends from the previous issues into a semblance of an arc. And on this issue alone, it definitely succeeds. We saw seeds of The Vulture's return at the beginning of the series, and of course there's the bit we left off from in ASM, and it all works together well to gives us a big character moment for Ock-Parker.There's actually all sorts of great development for our new 'hero', or hero-in-progress perhaps. Protag...
