Okay, so I was reading some old Young Justice stuff, and it made me wonder…how did Superboy get his ear pierced? Even when he was brand-new to the superheroing game, he had invulnerability. 

Could be a clip on ear ring

I'm pretty sure that he had it almost immediately after leaving Cadmus

maybe it was before his invulnearbility kicked in, cause when he only had tactile TK he had to turn on his invulnerability

Yeah, he did have the ability to turn on and off his invulnerability,  as the shield was always up but he had the ability to manipulate it, he could even throw it in front of someone to shield them.So it's likely he just turned it off so that it could be pierced.
