From the episode "Lucy and Superman" filmed November 15, 1956 and aired January 14, 1957. Guest star George Reeves as Superman. Ironic that this is from a TV show with a guest star from another TV show and that Superman is looking at TV on the cover! This episode contains a lot of other trivia regarding Superman and "I Love Lucy" which can be found on my Tumblr blog
